Information for Members, Title Companies and Realtors
LSA Association dues are established by a vote of the membership at the Fall General Meeting and are invoiced each January to every property owner within the Association.
Dues are required by June 30th of each year. Please note that a $50.00 discount is available for payments made by March 31st.
Failure to pay dues by the June 30th deadline will result in the discontinuation of the following services starting in July:

The chart below details the 2026 dues per property type and payment assumptions based on payment method and date. The second file is the approved budget from the Fall General Membership meeting for 2026.
