Lake Shannon Association 2026 Annual Dues Information
Lake Shannon Association (LSA) annual dues are established by a vote of the membership at the Fall General Membership Meeting and are invoiced each January to every property owner within the Association.
Early Payment Discount
Property owners who pay their annual dues by March 31, 2026, are eligible for a $50.00 early payment discount.
Delinquent Accounts
Failure to pay annual dues by June 30, 2026, will result in the suspension of the following Association services beginning in July until the account is brought current:

2026 Dues Schedule and Budget
The attached documents include:
- Annual dues are payable no later than June 30, 2026.

- 2026 Association Dues Schedule – detailing annual dues by property classification, including applicable payment amounts based on payment date and method. Payment instructions and remittance information are provided on your annual invoice.
- 2026 Approved Operating Budget – as approved by the membership at the Fall General Membership Meeting.
